Listening to inspiring stories, uplifting voices, and industry disrupters have become part of my day-to-day. The wealth of free information out there is just mind-blowing. Each week I am filled with so much knowledge and food for thought. If you’ve been looking to add a couple of incredible podcasts to your life, I highly recommend these.

Hope you all find this useful!

The Rev Podcast
I love the online retailer Rêve en Vert. They sell sustainable luxury fashion. My mission truly aligns with them. The owner created this podcast and she interviews such inspiring people that are doing incredible things in their way and push you to see/live life more sustainably.

As a Latina myself, I loved discovering this NPR podcast. Let’s just say loud and clear I’m slowly subscribing to every NPR podcast. They are just SO good! I love learning more about the Latino culture and its influence in the world.

The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos
If you’ve haven’t taken Yale’s most popular class, I encourage you to do so. It’s called The Science of Well-Being. I enrolled a couple of weeks ago and have seen the value in the class. I recently signed up for the podcast and it’s just a great mood booster. I love Dr. Laurie Santos, she’s incredible at her work.
